Volume III (ONLY,) Evolutions of a Brigade and Corps D'Armee; D. This book is hard-bound in black cloth with blind stamping on the covers and gilt stamping on the spine. There are some small holes in the cloth on the upper cover, and a slightly larger hole at the center of the upper cover. There are holes in the cloth at the top of both joints, with the upper joint tearing at the top half.
There is wear to the hinges, but with the binding still solid. The contents are bright and generally clean, but with scattered foxing throughout and with foxing to the fore-edge.
There are very nice fold-out plates of formations. Plates #4 and #8 have some light chipping to the edges. Plate #27 has wear/chipping to the edges and a small damp-stain spot which only effects the plate.
