Original brown half morocco, spines lettered and decorated in gilt, brown cloth sides with gilt metallic roundel, sides and corners ruled in gilt, marbled end-papers and edges. With 2 engraved portrait frontispieces and 2 etched plates with tissue guards, 3 manuscript facsimiles, of which 2 folding and one printed on yellow paper stock, 42 full-page plans, folding map at rear of vol. Just a couple small scuffs on spine.
