Good For 4 Cents struck in Black Hard Rubber. This small Cent sized token with a stated denomination has long been considered a legitimate Civil War token and was included in the main text of earlier Store Card book editions. More recently it has been relegated to the back of the book along with the large more advertising related piece though it is true emergency replacement currency. Very rare merchant and one of the keys to a New York merchant set.
