This Historical Reenacting item is from a smoke-free environment. Very well taken care of and from a personal collection of historical re-enacting uniforms and costumes. Very Nice Civil War U. Union Army Dark-Blue "Dress" Jacket - single-breasted, single row of unique brass NY State buttons -- Custom Made and Cut and patterned just like originals and unlike most reproductions. Made of a high quality Dark-Blue wool with red accents also in wool. This is an excellent quality coat. Name embroidered on inside neck.

Some slight wear and "pilling" around neck and edge of bottom but in excellent condition. This was worn a few times for special occasions such as balls and weddings but not in "battles".
