An original rare CDV photograph measuring approximately 4 x 2 3/8 inches as a complete piece. I consider this to be a depiction of either a draft dodger or representation of a campaign to fully repeal the 1850 Fugitive Slave Act which finally occurred in June 1864. I had considered it to be a local detective or Federal Marshal. Any additional insights other than "you are nuts" are welcome.
