Prior to Revision by the Commissioners. Weed, Parsons and Company, Printers. Antique, hardcover US Civil War era book in overall good condition. Exterior is overall clean with rubs and chips to the outer, upper and lower edges of the spine and rubbing to the outer corner edges of the boards. Interior of the book shows former 19th century owner's name and notations in pencil and ink on the front endpapers.

Front hinge is cracked though the front cover is still well connected to the rest of the book with only a very little bit of extra wiggle. Interior of the book is overall clean with all text well legible with very vague to noticeable very old watermarkings at the lower ends of pages throughout. Book's binding is overall tight and intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose or detached.

Book has a slightly musty odor. Book totals 285 pages, measures approximately 9 1/4 x 6 x 1 inches and weighs about 1 1/2 pounds.
