Dedication of State Monuments at Gettysburg-July 1.2.3. The reverse side has a depiction of the New York State monument in a wreath, flanked by "1863" and "1893".
The bar, which is also bronze-finished copper, reads: July 1 2 3 1863 Gettysburg Veteran. The pin on the back is brass. The ribbon is in excellent shape. There is some loss of thread on each side and some light staining. It does look newer to me, but please inspect for yourself as I will post macro photos of it for you as I'm not 100% sure.
