There are tears on the folding map, and on the flags of all Nations' page. The pastedown at the front of the book and at the back of the book are soiled and stained. The ornately decorated presentation page was filled in by previous owner dated Nov. Previous owner wrapped the book with a clear cover to protect it from further damage.
