These books were published by the 21st Volunteer Regiment with permission from the Author, J. The Author was infact a disabled soldier from the 21st and allowed the books to be reprinted in 1887 by his old unit! This unit was mustered in Buffalo in April of May, 1861 and disolved 2 years later in May of 1863. The Regiment was involved in Second Bull Run, Antietam and Fredericksburg. All are complete with no missing pages.
