Note from Glen's Falls, New York. PUBLIC STOCKS SECURED BY REAL ESTATE + STAMPED +. This Civil War era CTFT. Seated by a large shield above the bank title. A "TWO" protector is printed in red at the bottom, still vuisible (look at pictures).
