Extremely rare 155 year old W. New York Civil War era flask. This original un-restored pewter, glass & leather flask reads on the top cap. New York - Top Warranted Not To Leak Or Come Off. (it takes about 12-14 turns to remove the cap & to screw it back on). On the inside rim reads - W. Fry New York (no chips or cracks). It has a detachable bottom piece used as a cup. This was not a inexpensive flask in it's day. Highly collectable in this beautiful original condition. This flask is for the serious collector that demands a 100% original condition of a Civil War era item. 6.5 inches tall x 3.25 inches wide.
