Pages lightly toned, foxed and browned here and there in varying degrees, bound well. And in rear in the 1840s-50s by a Samuel Halstead and his sister Vesti Jane of Harrisontown, Wayne Co. Indiana, as shown, else unmarked. Samuel served in the 140th Indiana Infantry, Co.K, in 1864; there is a good chance this Bible was carried through that very time! Measures 4.5" x 3".
