Superb cdv of Lt. Jerome B. Rice, 123rd NY Inf wounded & pow Chancellorsville

  
Rice of the 123rd NY Infantry which was the same regiment that the often quoted author Rice Bull served in. The regiment was hard hit at Chancellorsville and LT. Rice was among the wounded and captured as well. This image is double signed.... Not only a fantastic ink signature on front, it is signed in lighter in on back....

And under his name he wrote alias..... Albany backmark with the partial remains of a revenue stamp. Image is in excellent condition.
