Outstanding bound volume of New York Weekly Tribune newspapers from January 1864 through the last edition published April 7, 1866. The binding is in poor condition as shown in photos.
The front cover is completely loose and the spine and back cover are no longer attached to the newspapers. A nice item to have new binding. Newspapers themselves are generally in good condition with a fair amount of wrinkling.
The vast majority are complete however there are some that show some paper loss at the edges but not to the point where it affects the print. There are a few with missing corners where some of the copy is missing and the last couple of editions at the end of the "book" are in poor condition. A great collection of 100+ newspapers covering the end of the Civil War, edited by Horace Greeley.Be sure to check over the details and look at all of the photos so you will know exactly what you'll get!
