For your consideration, given its significance, is a rare piece. It measures 10 3/4"H x 7"L. This piece has wear and corrosion commensurate with age and purpose. The handle and die shaft move freely.

Please note: the bottom portion of the seal is absent/missing. I pressed a piece of heavy paper and penciled it in to obtain the seal information, which is: 3 U.
