Civil war token store card type from New York, New York, 630-N 5a, NGC MS 62 BN, R-6, copper. The obverse shows merchant W. Brown, inside an open top wreath, with a small shield at the top, and the date, 1863, below the merchant name. This was an error die, that should have correctly been M.

The reverse shows "EUREKA" across the top, 2 Warren St. The obverse is mostly medium to dark brown with just a trace of subdued red luster between the edge of the piece and the edge of the wreath. A couple of very minor contact marks are on the surface. The reverse is mostly subdued reddish color with most all the luster visible, with a little darker tone in the center area. There is one darker spot between second and third letter of "EUREKA".
