For sale is a copy of full leather cover antique American HOLY BIBLE in Great condition. It is printed in the year 1851 in New York.

The Copy measures 6 by 3.5 for the cover size, roughly 2 thick. The bible is in good antique condition. The front and back cover are both full leather and in good shape common age related sign of rubbing on the edge is present. The binding and leather cover is tight and has no separation where the covers meet the spine. All pages appear to be complete.

There are some age related foxing, yellowing, staining commensurate with age, but relatively clean and undamaged by water or dampness. There is a small section of pages that are slightly loose in the middle of the copy, but they are securely attached by binding strings. They are NOT loose pages. Please check all photos for detailed condition. All in all, this is a rare well preserved mid 19th Century American religious text ready to be added to your antique bible collection.
